Since the start of his career, Arthur Smith has earned a sterling reputation as one of the good guys in the business while redefining the boundaries of non-fiction storytelling with heart. An unprecedented rise through the ranks of CBC culminated in Smith becoming, at 28, the youngest-ever head of CBC Sports where he oversaw the entire division including thousands of hours of television, 3 Olympic Games, and producing countless memorable broadcasting moments.  He was recruited to LA by TV legend Dick Clark where he produced a wide variety of entertainment programming including major award shows. He then returned to network sports to join the nascent Fox Sports where he headed up programming and production, executive producing countless major sporting events and launching 22 sports networks.

On the heels of a successful run with Fox Sports Net, Smith went out on his own, launching A. Smith & Co. Productions in 2000. During an enviable, 25 year (and counting) run, he has created, produced some of the longest-running, culture-defining television series in history. “Hell’s Kitchen” on FOX was the first and remains the longest-running primetime food competition on television, spawning an entire sub-genre of modern TV. Seven-time Emmy Award nominee “American Ninja Warrior” on NBC  made the previously unheard of jump from cable to network primetime, and created a worldwide phenomenon.Complementing mega-titles like “Hell’s Kitchen” and “American Ninja Warrior,” Smith’s prodigious body of work includes more than 200 shows for over 50 networks, among them: “Kitchen Nightmares,”“The Floor is Lava,”“Welcome to Plathville,”  “The Titan Games With Dwayne Johnson,” “NFL’s Pro Bowl Games.” “Trading Spaces,” “Unsung,” “American Gangster” “Pros vs. Joes,”“Mental Samurai,” “American Ninja Warrior Junior,” “UFC Countdown","I Survived a Japanese Game Show,”“The Swan,” and “Paradise Hotel,”  to name just a few.

Smith was named Broadcasting & Cable’s “Producer of the Year” in 2020, inducted into the Realscreen Awards Hall of Fame in 2021, honored as one of Variety’s “Titans of Unscripted TV” in 2022, released his memoir, REACH: Hard Lessons and Learned Truths from a Lifetime in Television in 2023, unveiled the Arthur Smith Virtual Production Studio at Toronto Metropolitan University in 2024, and in 2025 was inducted into the Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame.  In addition to his role as Chairman and CEO of A. Smith & Co., Smith also serves as Chairman of Tinopolis Group U.S., and oversees the unscripted powerhouse Magical Elves, the Emmy Award®-winning producer of   “Top Chef,” “Nailed It!,” “Sugar Rush” and more.

Jenny Daly is an Emmy award-winning executive producer and recently joined as the President of A. Smith & Co. Productions, where she oversees the creative and operations of the company. Across her career, Daly has created, sold and produced more than 100 series across every network and streamer, championing bold character-driven storytelling across all genres and platforms.

Previously, as the CEO and President of Critical Content, Daly helmed one of the most respected independent production companies, overseeing acclaimed series and award winning documentaries such as: Nelly & Ashanti: We Belong Together (Peacock), Sly (Netflix), Celebrity Game Face with Kevin Hart (E!), Catfish (MTV, over 300 episodes), Get Organized with The Home Edit (Netflix, with Reese Witherspoon), Deadly Waters with Captain Lee (Oxygen), The Nine Lives of Ozzy Osbourne (A&E), Very Cavallari (E!), and the Emmy®‑winning Instant Dream Home (Netflix).

She also serves as Executive Producer on Netflix’s Emmy®‑nominated Ginny & Georgia, a breakout global success that has held the position of #1 viewed series for all three seasons in America and over 77 countries in the world.

Before her time at Critical Content, she founded and led T Group Productions, which she launched in 2010. Under her leadership, T Group was responsible for hits such as: Mystery Diners (Food Network) with over 120 episodes and Storage Hunters (TruTV) which has been produced locally in England and France, The Deported (YouTube), , Racing Wives (CMT) with NASCAR, Container Wars (truTV), Invention USA (History), House of Food (MTV), and Return of the Mac (Pop). 

James Dearing is Group Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading the Group’s finance operations including controlling and accounting, overseeing all tax matters, as well as managing internal controls and IT operations.

James qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte then held a number of senior finance roles across diverse industries prior to starting work for Tinopolis in Wales in 2008.

He subsequently worked in the London office before moving to the US to help integrate our newly acquired US businesses in 2011 and becoming CFO for our US operations in 2012.

Eli Baldrige is the Executive Vice President of Development for the award-winning unscripted television powerhouse, A. Smith & Co. Productions, where he spearheads all aspects of development and producing. An Emmy Award®-winning producer, Baldrige has developed and produced hundreds of hours of highly-rated unscripted TV shows including “Welcome to Plathville” (TLC), Pharrell Williams’ “Voices of Fire” (Netflix), “Canine Intervention” (Netflix), and Human vs. Hamster (MAX).

Prior to joining A. Smith & Co. Productions, Baldrige produced unscripted content highlighted by ESPN’s “Sport Science." He has also produced several award-winning feature documentaries, including “Citizen Soldier” and “The Impossible Journey.”

After growing up in Lancaster, PA, Baldrige studied journalism and film at San Diego State University.

Chi Kephart is Head of Business Affairs and General Counsel for Tinopolis USA.  She leads all facets of business affairs and production legal for Tinopolis USA, and is responsible for all negotiations, including rights acquisitions, format options, co-productions, talent holds, shopping deals and other key attachment agreements and all license deals with networks and other media platforms.  She also oversees all general corporate matters for the company including litigation, company policies and employment matters.

Chi established the business and legal affairs department at Magical Elves in 2008 which expanded to include A. Smith & Co. Productions after Tinopolis acquired Magical Elves in 2014. Tinopolis USA entities are the producers behind critically acclaimed hits like NBC’s American Ninja Warrior, Bravo’s Top Chef and Project Runway, Netflix’s Floor is Lava, Nailed It and Physical 100 USA, Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen, Oxygen’s Cold Justice and Prosecuting Evil With Kelly Siegler, and TLC’s Welcome to Plathville and many more.

Prior to joining Magical Elves, Chi served as a business and legal affairs executive at various entertainment companies including ABC Entertainment, The Walt Disney Company, FremantleMedia and Paramount Studios. Chi is a member of the New York Bar and the California Bar, and earned her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law. Chi received her Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA.

Sharalynn Cornwall has been with A. Smith & Co. for nineteen years during which time she has risen from Production Manager to Executive Vice President of Production. She has produced hundreds of hours of television working on some of A. Smith & Co.'s highly rated projects including Emmy-nominated American Ninja Warrior Jr. for Peacock, seven-time NAACP award winning show Unsung now in its thirteenth season, and American Gangster: Trap Queens on BET+ now in its fourth season. Cornwall also produces WWE: Superstars of Tomorrow for Roku and the hit TLC show Welcome to Plathville, now in its seventh season.

Cornwall’s other producing credits include: Ellen’s Next Great Designer (HBO Max), Unsung Hollywood (TVOne), Full Throttle Saloon (TruTV), Celebrity Crime Files (TVOne), American Gangster: Trap Queens (BET), Wizard Wars (SyFy), Pros vs. Joes (Spike), UFC Countdown (Spike), American Gangster (BET), Trading Spaces for (TLC), Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura (TruTV), and many more.

In 2011, Cornwall was recognized by Variety as one of Hollywood's New Leaders in Television. Prior to joining A. Smith & Co., Cornwall was the Coordinator of Production and Operations at Asylum Entertainment where she worked on Emmy-nominated Beyond the Glory (Fox Sports Net), The Sports List (Fox Sports Net), In Focus (Fox Sports Net), and Anything to Win (GSN).  She began her career in entertainment at Paramount Studios.

Cornwall has a BA in Communications from UCLA.

Kristen Stabile serves as Executive Vice President of Production, specializing in large-scale network reality and event programming.  In her role at A. Smith & Co. Productions, Stabile is responsible for production management, financial control, and strategic planning on these productions.

Stabile has produced more than 300 hours of major network programming with series and event credits spanning all major networks.  Her series credits include: American Ninja Warrior (NBC), Human vs Hamster (Max), Floor is Lava (Netflix), NFL Pro Bowl Skills (NFL), NFL Pro Bowl Games (NFL), Mental Samurai (FOX), Titan Games (NBC), Spartan: The Ultimate Team Challenge (NBC), The Dunk King (TNT), Team Ninja Warrior (USA), Kitchen Nightmares  (FOX),  Gordon Ramsay: Cookalong Live  (FOX), The Bachelorette  (ABC), Million Dollar Password (CBS), American Inventor (ABC), Osbournes: Reloaded (Fox), Game Show Marathon (CBS), Trista & Ryan’s Wedding (ABC), The Will (CBS), Are You Hot?: The Search for America's Sexiest People  (ABC), High School Reunion (TV Land), The Real Gilligan's Island  (TBS), Cowboy U (CMT), The World According to Paris  (Oxygen), Intimate Portrait (Lifetime) and Opening The Lost Tombs: Live from Egypt (FOX).

Prior to her current position with A. Smith & Co. Productions, Stabile led series and pilots for FremantleMedia North America, Telepictures/Next Entertainment, Triage, and Reveille.

Anna grew up in Oklahoma and received her BA in Communications from Loyola University, New Orleans. She began her television career as a logger for Bunim/Murray Productions and continued to earn her stripes while working as a freelance Post Supervisor and Post Producer for various production companies, including Toy Plane Industries, Katalyst Films, and Reveille.

In 2008, she accepted the position of Director of Music Production at DreamWorks Studios. Two years later, Anna joined Magical Elves, where she served as the Head of Post Production until 2017, when she was named the Executive Vice President of Post Production for Tinopolis, USA.

Tim Dix is a seasoned development and production executive with over a decade in unscripted television. At A. Smith & Co., he leads the creation of bold competition formats, docuseries, and character-driven reality, bringing some of the industry’s most ambitious ideas to life.

Previously, Tim served as Co-Executive Producer on Discovery’s BattleBots and UFC’s Fight Physics. He also spent seven seasons on NBC’s American Ninja Warrior, leading creative teams and shaping narratives for one of primetime's most recognizable competition series. Earlier, he produced hundreds of episodes for ESPN’s Emmy-nominated Sport Science, working with top athletes across the NFL, NBA, UFC, and NCAA. Tim's work also spans large-scale live events, prank series, and children’s programming – projects that have engaged massive audiences worldwide.

Anthony Storm serves as showrunner and executive producer for a variety of A. Smith & Co. programs. Storm has executive-produced hundreds of hours of documentary and reality programming, including NBC's Emmy-nominated American Ninja Warrior, NBC's Titan Games, Netflix's Floor Is Lava, Max’s Human vs Hamster, ESPN's NFL Pro Bowl Games, NBC's Spartan: Ultimate Team Challenge, Discovery's SciJinks, ESPN’s Pro Bowl Skills Challenge, TNT’s Dunk King, TVOne’s Celebrity Crime Files, six seasons of UFC Countdown, MyNetworkTV's IFL Battleground, CMT's Chainsaw Gang, and the upcoming Physical 100 for Netflix.

He also produced 26 episodes of Fox Sports Network's sports documentary series, Beyond the Glory; wrote and directed multiple episodes of TVOne's Unsung, BET's American Gangster, the UFC documentary Road to the Octagon; and the Emmy-nominated Ronda Rousey: Breaking Ground.

Prior to joining A. Smith & Co. in 2006, Anthony served as a supervising producer on ESPN's Sport Science, FSN's In Focus and FSN's The Sports List. He started his career as a Production Assistant for HBO's Wimbledon coverage, ESPN's French Open, CBS's US Open and NBC's 1992 Summer Olympics. After helping to launch The Golf Channel, Anthony served as a feature and live show producer for Fox Sports News, spearheading coverage from the World Series, NBA Finals, Super Bowls and NCAA Final Fours.

Anthony studied Radio/TV/Film at Northwestern University.
